Sports Court Coordinator (Part Time)

Description: 

Maintain Schedule grid for drop-in Sports ( Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball). Maintain Contracts/Financials/Invoices (Waldorf Soccer & County Rec. Indoor Soccer, So MD Volleyball Club, Field Hockey, Special Olympics Bocce, So MD Roller Derby, Trade Shows such as Home & Leisure, House Inline Roller Hockey League) 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS 

Work is performed in several settings:

• An office environment
• A recreational facility
• Working indoors and outdoors
• Some off-site promotion
• Facilities which include working on ice
• This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and ice skating.

MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT USED 

Standard office equipment that includes computers, fax and copy machines, telephones, and cash registers.  Maintenance and cleaning equipment that include ice resurfacers, ice maintenance equipment, skate sharpeners, vacuums, mops and any other equipment associated with use in a recreational facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Management experience is preferred
• Ice resurfacing experience is preferred
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are preferred
