Maximus is searching for a Talent Management Senior Administrator to join our growing Talent Management team. This role will report to the Director of Talent Management and support the talent and learning strategy for Maximus. The role will partner across the organization to provide customer focused support for talent management initiatives that align with Maximus' corporate strategies and strengthen the skills of our talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate time and priority management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
- Perform all job duties in compliance with company confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Facilitates communication between key stakeholders on project status, action items, next steps, and potential risks to meeting deadlines.
- Regularly provide metrics on learning and talent initiatives, programs, and resources.
- Complete assignments within established timelines.
- Computer data entry and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Develop and review communications in various formats - documents, emails, infographics, job aids, slide decks, etc.
- Leverage the Workday to support Talent Management processes, including but not limited to: Succession and Talent Planning and Performance Management.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong learning agility: demonstrates the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, learning new technologies/tools.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
