Sr Director of Digital Marketing - Imperial Dade

Imperial Dade is seeking a strong, entrepreneurial Sr. Director, Digital Marketing to build and engage its digital marketing team and identify and build digital partnering opportunities with Suppliers and 3rd party websites.

You will:

• Lead the digital marketing vision, strategy, and execution to help accelerate Imperial Dade’s digital adoption.
• Be an evangelist for Digital – introduce new innovative ideas, tools and processes
• Leverage Imperial Dade’s digital ecosystem to create a distinct differentiator to promote customer loyalty and deliver our brand promise.
• Accelerate business impact (sales, margin, new customer acquisition) via qualified traffic through judicious email marketing, paid media, organic search, affiliate, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
• Partner with sales and marketing to understand their priorities and strategic plan
• Partner with Suppliers to identify co-op digital marketing opportunities and drive their execution.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional leadership to define the optimal balance between driving national, regional, and local campaigns. 

You have:

• A minimum of 12+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B/B2C ecommerce websites.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree or related experience
• Experience in search marketing (PPC, SEO), email marketing and affiliate marketing 
• Built and motivated teams in non–hierarchical settings
• Familiarity with B2B distribution industry practices and trends, and experience in the B2B distribution industry is a plus.

Salary: $180,000 - $210,000

Location: Jersey City, NJ or Remote
