About the Job
**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
•This person will be answering inbound calls at the office receptionist desk, greeting and directing office visitors, scheduling and setting up conference room meetings, updating daily activities via spreadsheets, and routing calls as instructed.
•Physical requirements will include walking throughout the office periodically and no lifting beyond 50 pounds.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and have excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
•Customer service skills from a professional office space will help.
•Seeking a career-oriented person who wants to grow and has computer skills coupled with customer service skills. The candidate must be professional and have the ability to communicate via email, verbal and in writing in a professional manner at all times.
•Parking is the responsibility of the candidate.
Required education:
High school diploma required.
Dress Code: Business Professional; professional front desk appearance required
