Job DescriptionThe FP&A Senior Manager will be part of the Business Advisory Services team within the Corporate Controller Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide financial expertise, direction, and strategic thought partnership to our cutting-edge Global Technology team.
As the Senior Manager of Technology FP&A, you will play a critical role in leading the financial performance and planning of one of our largest and most complex Global business units.
Responsibilites:
- Develop comprehensive business cases for major technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives. This includes analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives to support decision-making processes.
- Lead financial analysis and evaluation of value realization for quarterly presentations to Global SLT for transformational Edge cases. This will require the ability to navigate complex work streams and lead high-impact financial modeling in addition to sharing clear insights to Senior Management.
- Lead ongoing communication and engagement with partners throughout the lifecycle of projects, providing regular updates on financial performance, risks, and opportunities, and adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with key collaborators across various departments and levels of the organization, including senior executives, department leaders, and project teams, to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and secure consensus for proposed initiatives.
- Shown leadership ability to inspire and develop high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive organizational success.
- Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results through both direct employees and indirect reporting relationships.
- Lead organizational change and drive process improvements to adapt to dynamic technology and business environments.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
- Skill in correlating large amounts of financial data into significant insights and actionable recommendations, demonstrating advanced analytical tools and techniques to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is required (CPA and/or MBA preferred by not required)
- 8+ years of experience; previous FP&A, Corporate Finance, Big 4, or similar experience preferred
- Proficiency in financial consolidation software preferred or advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Executive-level communication skills and presence – ability to level-up the details, identify what’s important, and advise our leadership team.
