To do this, we are looking for a strong technical Product Manager who is committed to our mission to help us build the next generation of leading data analytics, machine learning, and BI solutions for the 30,000+ scientists, engineers, analysts who use our systems every week. Come help us design and innovate at-scale on distributed compute platforms with leading technologies like EMR, Spark, Ray, Sagemaker, and others; help us scale our data processing systems beyond the Trillions of records we process per day; help us build the cataloging and data access innovations that get our 100,000+ datasets into the hands of Amazon teams faster than ever before!

We are seeking a talented industry leader who is passionate about developing high quality products on behalf of customers preferably within a large organization. You must possess a strong background in owning the end-to-end product roadmap, strong technical background and the ability to communicate with and influence a range of stakeholders including senior management, business partners, software engineering, and customers. You must have a solid and proven track record of driving products from inception of idea to launch resulting in delivering high business value for customers.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
