Sr Program Specialist, Building Automation/Construction at Honeywell

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a critical role in managing and executing various programs within the BA business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure their successful completion. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program objectives and deliver high-quality results. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Las Vegas location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a Sr Program Specialist, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs and contribute to the growth of the BA business unit. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the execution of programs within the BA business unit 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives and deliverables 
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets 
• Monitor program progress and identify risks and issues 
• Implement corrective actions to ensure program success 
• Communicate program updates and status to stakeholders 

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related roles 
• Strong project management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
