Expected salary range of $89,100 to $99,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
This position can be located out of our corporate office in Kennett Square, PA or Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg, PA).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Implement the Access Authorization, Fitness for Duty, and In-Processing Program elements in accordance with standard procedures & regulation to grant unescorted access to individuals at Constellation nuclear stations or deny as necessary. Provide day-to-day oversight & support fleet wide access authorization issues. Train site personnel in access authorization related processes to support outage pre-in-processing at each site.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support litigation & HR grievance information requests by compiling data for Corporate AA/FFD Manager's review and approval.
- Ensure proper implementation of Exelon's Access, FFD and in-processing to ensure consistency within the fleet and evaluate individuals requesting unescorted access for trustworthiness and reliability through review of criminal history, derogatory information, interview and collection of documentation for final disposition as to whether a person can be authorized unescorted access. Schedule required psychological clinical interviews.
- Train site personnel in access authorization related processes to support outage pre-in-processing at each site.
- Support site In-processing by working with Site AA/FFD management within designated stations to implement cost effective in-processing and consistency with final determinations and T&R related decision-making process.
- Provide oversight to site access authorization personnel on normal and review/determine response to low level anomaly issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- H.S. diploma
- Five (5) or more years experience performing confidential background investigations or simular tasks preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Constellation Nuclear access process and procedures for purpose of training and overseeing site personnel
- Available for travel
- High integrity and ability to maintain information confidential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree Criminal Justice or related discipline
- Previous Access Authorization Reviewing Official Role(s).
