About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to lead the development and implementation of advanced marketing technology solutions at an enterprise level. In this role, you will be responsible for building a composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) and an in-house Marketing Results Platform on Snowflake and dbt. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technology, data engineering, and analytics. This position requires a hands-on approach to technology development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Composable CDP Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) that integrates seamlessly with various marketing tools and data sources.
- Architect and implement solutions for data collection, processing, and activation to support personalized marketing efforts.
In-House Marketing Results Platform:
- Design and build an in-house Marketing Results Platform based on Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) to enable efficient and scalable analytics and reporting.
- Develop data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing performance metrics.
Technology Stack Management:
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Snowflake, dbt, and other relevant tools and platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, IT, and analytics, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with technology solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization:
- Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of marketing technology solutions.
- Continuously optimize and enhance systems for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Documentation and Training:
- Create comprehensive documentation for all technology solutions and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, including marketing analysts, to ensure effective utilization of marketing technology platforms.
- Develop and deliver training programs on dbt best practices and advanced analytics for marketing analysts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in building and implementing marketing technology solutions, including CDPs and analytics platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and other relevant technologies in the marketing technology landscape.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $114,300 -- $220,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
