We are looking for an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Guide with a learning mentality who is passionate about using the latest technology, frameworks, and design patterns to solve challenging problems in the Marketing Technology space. As an AEM guide, you will be responsible for designing solutions, migrating content to AEM platform, creating end-to-end solutions that push the bounds of financial and technical innovation to improve the digital content management. You will be an integral member of a diverse team building extraordinary products and customer experiences in support of our rapidly growing product portfolio. You will work on modern platforms and technologies like AEM, DAM, Headless API, GraphQL integration. • 6+ years of proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & DAM
• Validated expertise around architecting and integrating solutions around Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands on experience with migrating content & Assets to AEM, AEM DAM
• Integration of AEM DAM with Other applications like WorkFront etc.
• Hands on experience with Groovy Scripts
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Science, Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent)
• Deep knowledge of architecting content, templates, responsive web design
• Hands on experience in building applications with Headless API, GraphQL
• Hands on experience in JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, JSON, CSS, Node JS and XML
• Good troubleshooting and DevOps experience using AWS services such S3, Lambda, etc.
• Experience working on project teams with excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills required
• Must have worked with web application build, deployment, and release management using Jenkins, UDeploy
• Must have development experience with Java and J2EE technologies
• Adobe Workfront experience preferred

Our teams follow an agile process, moving quickly, solving difficult problems in new ways, and empowering everyone to have a voice in the direction of our products. Because we are passionate about building quality software, we invest heavily in automated testing, code reviews and prioritize refactoring.

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
