Sr. Account Executive - Radiant

Radiant, a leading digital media company in the faith & family market, is looking to hire a full-time Account Executive to join our advertising sales team, and to help achieve company revenue objectives. This position is fully remote and earns competitive pay. Some occasional travel may be required.

The advertising sales team at Radiant operates in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace, selling social, email, video, and display advertising inventory, and dealing with clients in numerous verticals (higher education, religious nonprofits, entertainment, pharmaceutical, etc.) to effectively reach one of the largest audiences in our niche.

This candidate must be experienced in prospecting and working with advertisers and agencies. Position-critical skills include identifying and developing new leads, building proposals that align client needs with strategic solutions; presenting, closing, and coordinating the execution of campaigns. Our candidates should be organized, highly motivated, strong communicators who also have a passion for the mission of Radiant, the faith and family industry, and the sales profession.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of advertising sales experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Self-starter who can succeed with minimal supervision and direction
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others
• Organizational skills, and attention to detail

The compensation package is highly competitive and includes a base salary plus variable compensation based on quota attainment.
