JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Extensive calendar management for Vice President of SIM and scheduling with Leadership Team
* Calendar management, handling internal and external communications, events and meeting coordination (set up Zoom, conference rooms, venues).
* Prepare meeting agenda, expense reports completion, general administrative duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* HS Diploma plus some college
* Minimum 4-6 years current/recent Senior level administrative/executive assistance
* MS Office Suite Proficient
* Zoom and Teams working knowledge
* SharePoint platform, note taking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Flexibility with great internal and external communication skills
* Project and change management knowledge
* Organized, professional and courteous
