What You Will Do
The Sr Analyst of SC Governance and non-JDA Support and Training is responsible for the driving consistent use of all non-JDA tools and systems within the SC Inventory organization through the development and implementation of necessary training documents and workshops. They will be required to be an expert in understanding not only how the tools and systems work, but how they integrate across the SC organizations. They will need to be forward thinking about what new capabilities that can be leveraged and how those could work into the current process to improve efficiency. They will be the driver of system upgrades and support, Training, leading Root Cause investigations, and process improvements. They will partner directly with the SVP, VPs, Directors and Managers on needs of the business and partner with the Data Analytics Manager, Business Solution Consultants, and Lowe's Process Improvement organization in development/improvements of new processes, tools and trainings as well as ad hoc business process needs.
Responsibility Statements
•Training: Ensures all Systems Support and Training team is collaborating with Demand planning, Supply Chain Planning, and Replenishment to execute skills training at various levels (Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, New User, Refresher, Executive, Root Cause, to name a few). The team will provide creative ways of deliver training using E-Learnings, PPTs, partnering with Lowe’s internal teams or external vendors to find different ways for training. Depending on the business needs and optimal impact, the team will create training sessions/calendars. Establishes regular cadence of skills’ training curriculum and process review.
•Support: The team will support all non-JDA systems and tools implementations & upgrades and lead the root cause investigations. If necessary, leading war rooms for critical issues and working with other Lowes internal departments for full and complete resolution. This team will manage these processes from end-to-end making sure that learnings become a part of the ongoing training and development.
•SOP, Governance and Controls: The team will manage Governance and Controls including SOP for all systems (including JDA), tools, and processes of SC Inventory organization. They will develop SOPs and work with all teams to make sure they are a part of the training. Making sure that right policies are in place and track adherence. The team will work with vendors and Lowe’s IT teams to create periodic reporting monitoring adherence and controls. Specific to SOPs, the team will work with leaders of the SC Inventory teams to prioritize, create, get approval, train, and implement SOPs. The teams will work with Lowe’s internal Audit teams to make sure that all required SOPs and Controls are in place and are in full effect.
• Direct accountability for supporting divisional requests and training schedules; prioritizes workload to ensure deadlines are met and essential functions are completed
• Provides appropriate systems, tools, and development support for SC Inventory teams to equip them to successfully achieve flow efficiency goals; facilitates team training as needed to support the business area.
• Deep knowledge of SC and JDA Demand, Demand 360, I/O, and Fulfilment knowledge, and Dynamic Allocation
What you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
•5 plus years of relevant experience
•3 plus years gaining advanced understanding of Supply Chain concepts
•2 plus years experience in JDA, Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management
•Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Lowe’s Replenishment Systems JDA
•Ability to work multiple projects and work streams with conflicting objectives
•Ability to work within a matrixed organization
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
•Master’s Degree – Business or Logistics
•2 plus years of experience in JDA, Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management
