Sr. Application Engineer - Genset, Regulation, Protection - Relevante

We have partnered with a global industrial electrical manufacturing company in Highland, IL area to provide them with a Sr. Application Engineer Genset, Regulation, Protection. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Senior Application Engineer Genset, Regulation, Protection:

#1 Must reside in the Central United States

#2. Must be able to travel 50% of the time

#3. Must have previous experience with gensets. automatic voltage regulators, and/or control systems

Requirements of the Senior Application Engineer Genset, Regulation, Protection:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Experience with power systems.
• Knowledge of power system simulation and coordination tools.
• Interest in emerging power system technologies, such as DC power, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), microgrids, etc.

Other Key Requirements:

• Remote position available
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
