Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect preferred.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in healthcare design and delivery.
• Proven expertise in leading all phases of design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.
• Lead and guide project teams through all project phases.
• Manage client relationships, project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of healthcare projects.
• Interface with clients, contractors, review agencies, and consultants.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design and budget objectives.
• Track team performance and provide evaluations to support growth.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities and repeat business.

Salary: $117,000 - $137,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401k with a 50% match up to 6%, PTO, potential stock options, annual HSA match of $1,200, dental and vision coverage, profit sharing at 3%, and a quarterly bonus. Additionally, the company provides $535 toward premium costs and supports flexible work policies with core hours.
