Summary / Objective
The Sr. Business Development Representative will contribute to business growth by researching potential deals, setting outbound appointments, and developing relationships with prospects for Identity Digital and Cadena. The position involves leveraging Salesforce.com to manage leads, report key metrics, and collaborate with experienced business development professionals to grow the sales pipeline.
This role reports to the SVP Business Development.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage potential customers and qualify opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research on target markets, companies, and decision-makers to identify high-value prospects.
- Prepare sales decks, client pitches, and presentations accurately and by deadline.
- Position deals effectively by understanding customer pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with senior business development leaders to refine outreach strategies, prioritize accounts, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and thorough reporting.
- Leverage outbound sales tools (e.g., sales automation platforms, email sequencing tools, and prospecting databases) to efficiently execute prospecting strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and provide valuable insights to the team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-centric approach during all interactions with prospects.

Who You Are / What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role within a technology or SaaS company.
- Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce for managing pipelines, reporting, and data tracking.
- Proficiency with outbound sales tools and platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers and craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and through email.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed (estimated up to 20% of time).
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $65,000 along with a sales incentive plan (on target earnings $80,000-$90,000), plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate’s qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate’s current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there’s an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
