**Here's where you come in:**
We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Advocate, specializing in Commercial Construction, to join our growing Insurance Claims team. You'll be processing incoming claims, conducting in-depth coverage reviews with clients, carriers and our internal Claims team, and communicating with appropriate parties. Candidate must be available for Pacific Time Zone schedule.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Working with more complex, higher revenue Commercial Construction clients, as main claims advocate
+ Conducting analysis of complex claims with input from Claims Manager and/or Regional VP of Claims as needed
+ Submitting claims to insurance carriers and notifying Producer(s) of claim; requesting confirmation and information regarding claim from insurance companies, agents or insureds within 24 hours
+ Identifying and appropriately notifying management of significant requests or problems and/or information not received
+ Fielding calls from insureds, claimants, adjusters, etc. and researching problems as needed
+ Discussing claims with insured, claimants, and Claims Manager regarding liability decision, and following-up with appropriate documentation regarding decision; writes letters and handles denials on more complex claims
+ Maintaining claim(s) log and follow-ups on claims diary, entering information into the agency system of record (EPIC)
+ Travel up to 10%
**You're great at:**
Ideally, you'll be well versed in customer service, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should also have at least 5 years insurance claims management experience, specializing in commercial construction. If you have worked with an agency management system, especially EPIC, that is a plus. This role regularly works with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word), and strong knowledge in these applications is preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
