Compensation:
• Base Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 (Final offer will depend on relevant years of experience and overall fit for the position; the upper end of the range is reserved for highly qualified candidates.)
• Bonus: 40% of base salary (up to $68,000), paid out annually.
• Long-Term Incentive Plan: $55,000
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health and retirement plans, 401(k) match, phone, and laptop.
Location:
• This position is 100% onsite, 5-days/week in Northern New Jersey, Morris County, Greater Newark Area, NJ at the Office Location. Please Note: Exact location details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
• Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate willing to relocate within a reasonable time period.

We are seeking a highly skilled communications professional to manage and lead strategic communications for both executive leadership and hourly employees across multiple locations. Position Overview:
• Reporting to the CHRO and C-Level team, working alongside the CEO as a trusted advisor, Sr. Director of Global Communications will lead strategic internal communications strategies for the Executive team and hundreds of retail stores with 20,000+ global employees.
• The ideal candidate must have exceptional writing skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, manage multiple priorities, and respond tactfully to the needs of different executive leaders.
• A key responsibility will be developing communication strategies for corporate and executive teams, as well as for multi-unit hourly employees across many locations globally.
• In this highly visible role, you will provide quarterly leadership briefings for executive leadership, formulate company-wide presentations, articulate business strategies, and issue communications materials for employees without digital access. You will also manage a small communications team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy for executive teams, corporate employees, and hourly workforces across multiple locations.
• Act as the primary liaison for senior leadership, providing strategic communications counsel and crafting clear, impactful executive messaging.
• Manage key communications initiatives, including executive presentations, leadership updates, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Respond to communication needs across executive leadership teams, ensuring responses are aligned with company objectives.
• Develop strategies to communicate with hourly employees, including those without access to digital tools.
• Lead change management communications during organizational transitions.
• Oversee crisis communications, ensuring timely and brand-protective messaging.
• Create high-quality written, digital, and video content, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to support change management, corporate social responsibility, and DEI programs.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in internal corporate communications with a focus on Executive Communications and Employee Engagement, including communications experience with multi-unit, hourly workforces which is essential
• Proven expertise and measurable track record of success formulating internal communications strategies for organizations with more than 10,000 employees.
• Demonstrated history of consistent career progression and tenure in relevant positions with stability and long-term commitment.
• Multiple years of experience managing multiple direct reports, with a strong leadership background.
• Consistent work history
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering effective leadership communications.
• Experience working closely with senior executives to develop high-level communication strategies and execute critical initiatives.
• Experience overseeing logistics for high-visibility leadership events with large audiences, including hourly employees.
• Expertise in crisis communications, change management, and high-stakes messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
