About the Job
Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Engineer-Materials and Process to support materials testing and characterization activities for established and emerging device delivery platforms. Coordinate the testing and prioritization through engagement with internal and external labor. Analyze and document testing results, support sustainability platform initiatives, and support the process technology identification for emerging device programs. Support the color team with color branding requests across the molecule portfolio. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related STEM field, and 1 year of experience working in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience in method development for medical device and/or primary container testing; 1 year of experience supporting process development in joining of medical device components and working with external suppliers; 1 year of experience working on medical device and/or primary container project team advancement; and 1 year of experience interdisciplinary project work in drug development and/or testing. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel is required. #LI-DNI
