JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Snap-on Incorporated is seeking a Senior
Financial Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide
financial planning and analysis for the company's captive insurance
company and risk management functions. This position will work in close
collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout Snap-on. In this
role, you will analyze the insurance products offered to the company's
franchisees, develop management reports to evaluate the business, review
existing procedures and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Analysis of expenses, losses and reserves, as well as review and
evaluation of financial and operational results will also be part of
this role. Responsibilities * Analyze insurance products offered to the
company's franchisees. * Develop and maintain management reports to
evaluate the business to communicate financial results, forecasted
performance, and variances. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of
financial data in reports, adhering to established reporting standards.
* Partner with accounting and finance teams across the company to
standardize financial data collection. * Develop key understanding of
business expense and revenue drivers. * Analyze financial data and draw
conclusions to aid in setting business goals and developing strategies.
* Evaluate existing financial processes and systems. Recommend and
drive opportunities for process and systems improvements. * Assist in
preparation of financial presentations and reports for internal key
stakeholders * Collaborate with auditors during the financial audit
process and provide necessary documentation. Requirements * Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience with accounting and
financial analysis as well as project management * Computer skills with
knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office * Strong verbal,
analytical, and written communication skills * Ability to effectively
multi-task and meet deadlines * The following characteristics are
