Salary: $150,000+ depending on experience

Position Overview:
The Sr. Industrial Process Engineer will be responsible for strategizing production, optimizing workflows, and ensuring quality control at every level of our operations. They will be responsible for working closely with our production and field operations team to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize overall performance through driving continuous improvement
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze current workflows and production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and implement process enhancements to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and maintain strict quality control (QC) standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company specifications.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and field teams to align operational goals and initiatives and establish best practices for precast concrete products.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment, machinery, and tools to ensure optimal performance. Serve as a key point of contact for operational issues, providing hands-on support to resolve challenges.
- Obtain industry standard certifications within 90 - ACI, TDOT, NDCA, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Document all process changes and improvements, providing regular reports to management on progress and outcomes. Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Military experience may be accepted in place of secondary education or civilian certifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the precast concrete industry.
- Hands-on experience with production processes and workflow optimization.
- Strong background in quality control (QC) and process improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
