The Los Angeles office currently has an excellent Sr. Ops Support Specialist opportunity in its Cash operations. The Sr. Ops Cash Support Specialist will have day-to-day responsibilities in the Cash Division with a focus on access management, business continuity and operational support. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate leadership, produce quality deliverables, be able to take direction and work independently, and be able to manage your workload to meet project timelines.
This role is a critical component to our team’s success. It requires sound judgment, an eye for accuracy, and a strong compliance mindset to ensure adherence to operational standards set forth by the Federal Reserve System. A successful candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and to communicate effectively with Cash management and anticipate their needs. They must be able to plan and prioritize effectively to keep department goals on the forefront while balancing personal and team goals. Execute moderate to complex research while partnering with key business partners. Work schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
What you'll do
Review and execute Departments Accounting Entries and Account Balances.
Work with Business Partners to resolve Customer inquiries.
Manage Physical and System Access for all Cash employees.
Participate in department Business Continuity efforts.
Oversee machinery parts inventory management.
Oversee critical administrative requirements of information security by staff and management.
Ensure records are delivered to records management in a timely manner.
Provide operational support when needed.
Desired Experience + Traits
2+ years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service oriented
Ability to exercise common sense judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action
Good analytical, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Associate Degree
Experience with database-driven software
Experience collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting on data
Experience working cross-functionally to meet internal and external client needs
Hourly Range: Min: $59,700 Mid: $77,600 Max: $95,500 (Location: Los Angeles)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
