Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and lead competitive intelligence and price-to-win activities including competitive environment analysis, customer analysis, top down analysis, bottom up analysis, and parametric analyses to create recommendation on pre-bid and active bid opportunities. - Conduct opportunity-focused research (both customer and competitor) to develop key foundational assumptions that inform the PTW. - Perform competitive analysis on pricing based on award history. - Use analytical platforms to support the development of the bottom up and top down components. - Build and maintain bid specific competitive pricing databases. - Participate in prebid and RFP analysis including risk identification, avoidance, and mitigation while working closely with Business Development. - Responsible for presenting findings, supporting recommendations, influencing results, and facilitating the transition from price-to-win to internal bid strategy. - Support strategy sessions to collect and develop customer and competitor intelligence, customer value proposition workshops and provide proposal team support. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related field required. - 12-15 years of relevant professional experience.
Must have State & Local Health & Human Services competitive contracts experience with Price to Win (PTW) recommendations and Pricing or Solution Architecture.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
