Senior Product Engineer
The Woburn PE team is seeking a Product Engineer professional to lead and support cutting edge RF, Mixed Signal, and Wireless Communication products in the Automotive, IoT, Wifi, and Infrastructure (PAs, LNAs, FEMs, High Power Switches and RF Diodes) industry areas, from Development phases well into Production.
This Senior Product Engineer will be part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Test, Reliability, Fab and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure a smooth transition of new products into production while maintaining high test yields and product quality. You will drive multiple development projects and use professional concepts and methodologies to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. You will drive yield optimizations, cost reductions, and quality improvements.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide product development support while interfacing closely with Design, Test, Fab and Reliability Engineering team.
• Regular ATE and Probe data analysis to resolve potential product design, process, or test capability issues.
• Statistical data analysis for new and sustaining products, including Cpk analysis and limits calculation.
• Developing production test specifications.
• Generating and managing product release documentation.
• Driving cost reduction activities such as second source qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction.
Work on a resolution to product issues using in-depth data analysis corresponding to a number of variable factors.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years related experience in semiconductors or electronics manufacturing desired.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields
- Candidate is a self-driven problem solver with strong data analysis skills and the ability to debug potential product issues by looking at test data.
- Preferred skills:
- Experience with data analysis software
- Experience reviewing and understanding technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams and foster teamwork.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $89,100 - $172,100 per year per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
