We are looking for a product marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy of our B2C business, In-Garage Delivery. Key job responsibilities - Set the overall marketing vision and strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion of Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery - Dive deep into the customer to understand pain points, develop segmentation and targeting, and create compelling positioning and messaging - Work closely with Product Management to develop A/B tests to advance acquisition - Create go-to-market plans to launch new features and expand into new marketplaces - Plan marketing initiatives and omni-channel campaigns, manage budget, and measure/report on performance A day in the life You are the single-threaded marketing leader for Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery. You work closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, PR, Trust, Legal) to build new features and acquire new customers. You will set the marketing strategy for the program and align resources to execute. Working with a rapidly growing team, you will quickly adapt to new developments and invent and simplify as we take on ambitious growth goals for our org! Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 6+ years of product marketing experience - Experience in leading customer research - Strong verbal communication skills - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software launches - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers) - Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience leading A/B tests - MBA preferred Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.
