CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Program Manager opening for our client in Anchorage, AK.
Location: Anchorage, AK
Duration: 12 months

Duties:
- Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the end-to-end program for the implementation and conversion to ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Multi-Stream Management: Coordinate and integrate various project streams (e.g., IT, business operations, vendor workstreams) to ensure seamless execution across all phases.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring that deliverables meet project scope, quality standards, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks across project streams and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the program stays on track.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the program budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change Management: Lead the transition process for the new ServiceNow system, ensuring that end users and key stakeholders are properly trained and supported.
- Project Reporting: Provide regular status updates, including program health, timelines, and risks, to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in managing multi-stream programs, including oversight of complex vendor integrations and third-party coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, enterprise software implementation, and business process re-engineering.
- Proven ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and manage issues to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of program management experience, with a focus on large-scale system implementations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, industrial management, engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
