- Roles and Responsibilities will provide ongoing assistance to the client to provide program coordination for Planning, Design and Construction Integrating PMs, including:
- Generation of monthly presentations in support of leadership meetings.
- Consolidating and updating an integrated program schedule.
- Resource coordination for project events/ meetings.
- Event/ project coordination, logistics and support.
- Attend key meetings/ keep knowledge base fresh so can respond to status inquiries or take action if project lead unavailable.
- Draft project documents, communications, presentations, status reports, meeting minutes/notes. May also be responsible for distribution when finalized.
- Setup and maintenance of project records/artifact filing management, i.e., SharePoint, PPM Pro, following the client's standard procedures.
- Update and maintain issue project log(s) as needed.
- Data collection and analysis for schedules, presentations, etc.
- Miscellaneous tasks, projects, and/or coordination as assigned (i.e., readiness planning, occupancy)
- Maintain & update resource tracking in PPM Pro.
- Submit requisitions into their ERP, track Purchase Orders
