Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sr. SEO Associate, you will be responsible for:
1. Implementing and managing SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and traffic.
2. Collaborating with the web design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
3. Leading category expansion initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing site architecture.
4. Developing and executing content planning strategies based on keyword research and market trends.
5. Utilizing SEO tools such as SEO Clarity and SEMRush to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
6. Leveraging data experience and Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
7. Conducting technical SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
8. Keeping abreast with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of organic search and SEO tools such as SEO Clarity and SEMRush.
3. Proficiency in web design and HTML.
4. Experience in category expansion and content planning.
5. Strong data experience and proficiency in Google Analytics.
6. Solid understanding of UX principles and their impact on SEO.
7. Strong technical SEO skills, including the ability to conduct technical SEO audits.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
10. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
