This position will coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in multiple time zones to drive alignment on prioritization and execution
You will lead the implementation of the Scrum process across multiple teams, working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure consistency and efficiency in the delivery of development projects

How will you contribute?Advocate for Agile best practices within the organization, helping to shape and refine our processes, while supporting and coaching development teams and facilitating working arrangements across teamsCollaborate with the Product team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the teams are working on the most valuable projectsReview requirements in support of the Product team in User Story creation to breakdown work into small unitsProactively identify and mitigate risks using Agile best practices and project dataLead Scrum ceremonies for multiple Engineering teams: Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand UpsLead the standardization of Scrum across teams by consolidating Jira workflows, driving common terminology and producing operational data to measure velocity and throughput to ensure alignment and consistency across teamsLead Scrum of Scrums and remove impediments while promoting a culture of continuous improvementPartner with the Product team in creating and updating reports for stakeholdersMaintain subject matter expertise in the product domainFoster a collaborative and transparent team environment, encouraging open communication and feedbackWhat will you bring?7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environmentProficiency in Atlassian tooling, especially Jira and ConfluenceStrong understanding of the software development lifecycleExperience shipping high quality productsDemonstrated experience breaking down Product requirements into iterative deliverables while identifying gaps earlyKnowledge of Agile oriented techniques that complement Scrum, such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Planning Poker, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Paired Programming, Swarming, Automated Testing.Preferred: 2-3 years as a people managerPreferred: Scrum Master CertificationWhat do we offer?Healthcare insurance - We provide medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a flexible spending account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses.Personal time off - A healthy work-life balance is critical to your success at the office
