We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for a fast-paced Accounting Department, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (not Finance)
- 4 to 7 years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MUST HAVE leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis
- Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Complete month-end processing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
- Maintain professional communication with co-workers, management, clients, and others
