Sr. Technical Project Manager

This role is Contract to Hire¿
Skills: Experience managing and delivering AI projects, Past experience as a software developer or a hands-on technical SME
NOTE: Past experience as a software developer or a hands-on technical SME with experience in managing and delivering AI projects is a major.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple technology projects, in parallel, across cross functional teams and coordinating delivery schedules in a start-up like dynamic environment requiring fast turnarounds from ideation to Production delivery
• Breakdown projects into component parts, identifying risks and dependencies and tracking to closure
• Clarify team priorities, goals and deliverables timelines
• Promote ongoing alignment, transparency and visibility on project health to key stakeholders
• Provide executive level reporting material on a regular/ongoing cadence
• Ensuring adherence to organizational processes across SDLC, controls, business cases etc.
• Limited amounts of vendor management

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects from ideation to Production
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering/technical teams experience
- Experience managing globally dispersed project teams
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management, and modern project management tools including Jira
- Past experience as a software developer or a hands-on technical SME is a major plus but not a must-have
- Experience managing and delivering AI projects is a major plus but not a must-have
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with past experience directly interacting and presenting to executive leadership
