**Here's where you come in:**
We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President, Northwest Sales Leader to join and lead our Commercial Sales team. You'll primarily be responsible for driving overall growth and profitability targets for the Northwest region in concert with the sales objectives of the corporation. You will create a strong, engaging sales environment for all employees.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Actively take part in the sales growth planning and development of goals, and engage the Producer group in execution of the plan
+ Lead Producer recruiting, onboarding, coaching and mentoring initiatives for the region
+ Engage in collaborative strategic processes to drive sales growth across the region
+ Partner with Producers in joint prospecting, client calls and community involvement. This includes up to 50% travel in the Northwest region.
+ Conduct strategy meetings / calls on Critical Path accounts
**You're great at:**
Ideally, you'll have 7 years or more of insurance knowledge, and Production experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader of sales growth and innovation, specializing in commercial insurance. Must be an effective coach and mentor, with strong written and verbal communication skills. We're seeking a skilled strategic thinker, with the ability to drive results for the Northwest region. Demonstrated agility and strong organizational skills are required to meet the fast-paced growth of the business. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word) is required and working knowledge of CRM/CRM utilization is strongly preferred. Must be available to travel up to 50% throughout the region.

The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
