The Stadium Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the venue. The Stadium Manager will ensure the safe and cost effective operation of the venue. Specific Responsibilities: · Manage all Venue departmental event and non event day activities. · Manage and deliver CAPEX and revenue budgets accordingly · Liaise with external sporting bodies, concert promoters, and other event owners to provide services for the delivery of third party events. · Responsible for the performance and conduct of a team of direct reports, in line with the United Policies and Procedures. · Recruit staff on event dark days efficient to support event operations. · Meet with local community groups to develop labor resources. · Establish a substantial "on call" labor reserve. · Establish relationships with labor agencies should the need arise. · On board, provide orientation, and train new staff. · Manage events (hands on and helping when needed). · Meet with client as needed to plan event needs. · Promote United in a positive way every day. · Work with HQ to acquire needed equipment, uniforms, PPE, and supplies. · Manage P&L based on per event budgets. · Complete payroll and assist with invoice preparation. · Handle collection of past due invoices. · Complete daily walk with customer after event day. · Manage and inspect equipment and supplies (inventory) on regular basis · Liaise with Venue in respect of all safety and service delivery matters relating to their stadium operations. · Ensure that United is fully compliant regarding its requirements under health, safety and environmental legislation and codes of practice. · Undertake any other duties as directed by the client including but not limited to janitorial duties.
