Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist - Onsite

Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily and weekly sales, cash, A/P, A/R, and margin reports for management, ensuring accurate order processing.
• Create monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, vendor usage, and spending, along with ad-hoc reports.
• Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers, maintaining aging reports, applying payments, and handling collections.
• Process vendor invoices, run weekly check payments, and reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations, prepare month-end journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Resolve customer and vendor billing inquiries and support inventory counts and reconciliations for accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with general ledgers and chart of accounts.
