We are hiring a Full Time Staff Accountant and we offer a flexible schedule!
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30a-5:30p

We are currently looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!
This position is based out of our office in Kennett Square and is not remote!

Responsibilities and Duties
The Staff Accountant is a mid-level accounting professional who is responsible for maintaining financial records as part of a team. Their duties include reconciling bank statements and balancing the ledger for regular reports.
- Prepare monthly financials for divisions in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and others.
- Prepare monthly census reports, journal entries and PR JE’s.
- Assist in audits including but not limited to fiscal, yearly, insurance and 401K.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly information to state, mortgage company and banks.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, checkbook reconciliations, monthly reconciliations, including but not limited to AR, AP, PP, mortgage and insurance.
- Process and prepare invoices
- Assist with monthly tenant billing and yearly CAM billing, 1099’s and tax billing.
Qualifications
- 4 years college degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Basic accounting procedures
