Job Details
Full responsibility of accounts payable cycle.
Management of employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit cards.
Responsible for weekly cash and cash related account reconciliations.
Assist with the month-end close process including preparing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and applicable supporting balance sheet schedules.
Maintain adequate internal controls within the accounting processes to ensure well documented, accurate and timely financial reporting.
Assist with preparing and/or gathering support for annual external audit and tax filings.
