STAFF ATTORNEY CHILD IN NEED OF CARE, New Orleans
The Child in Need of Care (CINC) Staff Attorney represents children in court in abuse/neglect proceedings covering both St. Charles and St. John Parish.
Six hours of child-specific continuing legal education (CLE) are required for this position. Upon acceptance, the CLE can be completed online and maintained annually. 
This position does have an office in the New Orleans office while permitted to work 100% remotely.

Staff Attorney positions must be licensed to practice law in Louisiana or pending exam results with admission to the Louisiana Bar. The starting salary for a full-time staff attorney is $54,563, which increases depending on experience. The salary range for this staff attorney position is $54,563 - $90,563, with a maximum starting salary of $81,563.  Bilingualism is a plus that receives extra compensation. SLLS does reimburse moving expenses.
