In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and designing some of Sprig’s most mission-critical product areas that are both complex and high impact
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered designs that drive our product strategy and meet business objectives.You will report to the Head of Product and work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.This role is based in office in San Francisco with flexibility to work in office 3 days per week.***Please submit your portfolio in the cover letter section of the application***Your ImpactLead Design Initiatives: Take ownership of designing complex and high-impact product areas, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and business goals.User Research& Analysis: Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze data to inform design decisions
Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.Design Execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g
