Manager of Acute Rehab Services

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Acute Rehab Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Miami, FL.



Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Acute Rehab Services:

• Lead and manage a comprehensive rehabilitation program, overseeing all aspects from program development and staff training to quality assurance and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure budget compliance, explore strategies to increase reimbursement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Shift: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  

Required Manager of Acute Rehab Services:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
  
• One of these licensures:
  
  
  
  • Occupational Therapist
    
  • Physical Therapist
    
  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
    
  • Speech-Language Pathologist
    
  
  
  
• BLS
  
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
