Oxford Solutions is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Staffing Agency Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and expand our internal recruiting team. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing team of 10+ onshore and offshore recruiters, offering guidance, support, and coaching tailored to individual skill levels and experience.
- Interview and hire new recruiters to continually grow the internal team, ensuring we have the right talent in place to meet our expanding needs.
- Work closely with recruiters to help them overcome challenges and ensure they achieve personal and team hiring goals.
- Drive continuous improvements in recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to help recruiters succeed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our recruiting staff, fostering a goal and team-oriented work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of demonstrated management experience in staffing/recruiting.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach recruiters with varying levels of experience.
- Strong experience in hiring internal recruiters and building a high-performance team.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to support team members and address challenges effectively.
- Ability to handle the complexities of managing a growing recruiting team, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience with recruiting software (applicant tracking systems) and reporting tools for managing and optimizing recruiting processes.
