Staffing Coordinator - Serenity Hospice Care

Serenity Hospice Care is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Staffing Coordinator for our Springfield office. This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining schedules for all Certified Home Health Aides according to the patient census.
• Communicates any staffing schedule changes to the patients & Serenity Hospice Care employees as needed.
• Answer phones in a professional and timely manner.
• Enter documentation into EMR system.
• Assist with duties assigned by Staffing Coordinators & Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous Staffing Experience Preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changes as needed.
• Able to self-manage and work with teams
• Organized & Detail Orientated.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Drivers License with reliable transportation.

This position is full time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
