Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- (Recruiting Support Specilaist) Support a group of recruiters with processes including scheduling support, posting roles, candidate follow-ups, interview feedback follow up, internal system monitoring and maintenance, offer packet support, and employee referral assistance
- (Allocations Specialist) Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
- Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary.
- (Both) Use data to identify the most impactful process improvements, and drive changes to ensure a more efficient hiring process
- BS/BA degree or 4 years experience in relevant field (in lieu of degree)
- 1+ years of experience in staffing or administrative support
- Demonstrated experience in achieving ambitious goals and making a business impact with data-driven process improvements.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in a client-facing role
- Excellent attention to detail within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Basic experience with data analytics using spreadsheets and/or SQL preferred
