Sodexo is seeking an experienced Starbucks Retail Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Starbucks location within Erlanger Baroness Hospital, conveniently located just east of downtown Chattanooga, TN. This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service, driving retail sales, and managing a dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail excellence, and the flexibility to work varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Starbucks store, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
- Lead initiatives to increase retail sales and enhance customer relationships.
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and product management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
- Train, coach, and supervise a team of up to 17 employees to support their growth and maintain high performance.
- Ensure adherence to all Starbucks and Sodexo standards, policies, and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
