Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Home and Community Program provides evidence-based analytic services that emphasize a partnership with parents and professionals involved in each child's life. Our team delivers personalized 1:1 learning environments directly in the child's home, aiming to develop essential skills that prepare children to thrive in both home and community settings. Serving children aged 2-18, we offer in-home ABA programs and community-based instruction focused on meaningful and socially significant behavioral changes.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced State Director to lead our operations in Indiana. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ABA principles, and a commitment to improving the lives of children with autism and their families. Candidates must reside in the state of Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of ABA services across Indiana, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of behavior analysts and therapists to ensure effective service delivery and professional development.
- Support recruitment efforts for qualified therapists and behavior analysts, ensuring a strong team to meet the needs of our clients.
- Foster relationships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and expand our reach.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and resources for parents and professionals to build capacity in ABA practices and support children's learning and development.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities and ensure financial sustainability of programs in the state.
- Drive growth initiatives for the state by increasing business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and potential partners.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an ABA organization or related field.
- Strong knowledge of autism and evidence-based practices in ABA therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
