•Providing patient-focused STNA care in a post-acute setting, consistent with individual care plans, facility policies and procedures, and all legal requirements

•Working under the direction and guidance of a wider multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and other providers

•Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including grooming, mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene

•Observing the conditions and basic vital signs of residents and reporting updates to the nursing and clinical team
