Statistical Quality Engineer at The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Statistical Quality Engineer for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­Cornelia, GA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $45-$50/HR   
• 12-month assignment (with strong potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget).
• Main responsibilities include:
  • Apply statistical techniques and Minitab to implement sampling plans and statistical process controls.
  • Supports the development of process capability reports, validation reviews, control plan and FMEA review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or related field.
• About 2-3 years’ experience in quality, lean six sigma.
• Ability to work onsite daily.
• Extensive Statistical and Minitab experience is highly desirable
• Statistical Sampling Experience is highly desirable
• Project management experience.
