Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow directions.
Must be a phenomenal team player.
1+ year of experience working in a kitchen or as a steward is preferred, experience in customer service role is preferred.
ServSafe Certified preferred.
Specialized Qualifications:
Planning and multi-tasking
Self-motivated with a high energy level
Flexibility to work events, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains.
Uniform Requirements
Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.
Non-slip shoes are needed.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of moving through kitchen, coolers, and storage spaces. Traveling throughout the event space in different terrains.
Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to lifting up-to 30 pounds at times.
Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives.
Physical endurance to work long shifts in a busy environment.
