ASAPcheck, a leader in the drug and alcohol testing and background screening industry, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. We specialize in providing top-tier services to our clients and are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive customer success and strengthen strategic partnerships.
Position Overview:
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in cultivating and enhancing customer relationships, working closely with ASAPcheck’s executive teams and partners to drive business initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing plans, and delivering results for our top strategic accounts. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative programs that enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Lead all aspects of account management for strategic accounts, setting goals for broader teams and ensuring excellence in execution.
- Executive Engagement: Build strong relationships with customer and internal executives, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Leverage internal resources to demonstrate ASAPcheck’s value, driving service adoption and expanding revenue within customer accounts.
- Contract Management: Guide internal teams through customer RFPs, negotiations, and contract renewals, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams to support strategic account initiatives, optimizing customer outcomes.
- Customer Success: Lead the customer success team in building scalable strategies that increase customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the drug and alcohol testing industry, as well as TPA practices.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with executive leadership.
- Expertise in strategic thinking, contract negotiations, and delivering customer success strategies.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues, and navigate challenging situations with tact and resilience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
