We are currently seeking a StrategicPlanning Management Analyst/ Executive Assistant for our client in the Federal domain. Role Description: As a Strategic Planning Management Analyst/ Executive Assistant, you must have at least 5+ years of experience.
Required Skills:
- Organizational skills, excellent communication (written and oral), ability to multitask, customer service, teamwork and ability to work independently, attention to details and quality, experience serving as executive assistant/front office advisor.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in government agencies in a special assistant/executive assistant role, experience supporting executives.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cataloging and distributing information, assisting Client Mission Support Executive Office (MS EO) management, arranging schedules, screening and prioritizing mail and phone calls.
- Maintaining executive calendars and meeting agendas.
- Preparing materials used in executive presentations, making travel arrangements, organizing and maintaining office electronic files.
- Safeguarding confidential information, tracking key performance management deadlines and coordinating performance management activities for MS EO management.
- Supporting MS EO hiring and onboarding activities, support MS EO budget execution activities, facilitating the tasking and clearance process for the MS EO to include quality review of materials.
- Developing communications and other written products, and completing short-and long-term administrative projects as assigned by MS EO management.
Expected Deliverables:
- Scheduling, technical documentation, taskings, coordinating activities, quality reviews, meeting agendas and travel arrangements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
