- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, etc., on a range of topics
- Create customer-facing assets for sellers to use in deal pursuits
- Work on various analytical topics (e.g., pricing analysis, business value analysis)
- Drive customer leads/pipeline tracking and reporting
- 2+ years of strategy and operations, business analytics, or BizOps experience with a B2B SaaS company, with demonstrated ability to strategically analyze and synthesize data into useful formats and actionable insights
- Proven self-starter with a high-energy, company-first, positive attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to peers and executives alike
- Ability to build trust, lead through influence, and collaborate across teams and functions
- Must have experience with Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce
